MAUI
In the wake of the fires in Maui, Hawaii, our President Shalom Cohn has created a Maui relief project here on iam-ced.org and offers hyperbaric O2 chamber therapy out of Lahaina Comprehensive Health Centers free clinic. All donations will support this project to keep offering free sessions to our fire survivors for the long-haul recovery of the Lahaina people. Hundreds of her clients have received significant healing with this healing technology thanks to the generous support and chamber donation from the Mana Warrior Collective hyperbaric O2 chamber clinic located on the island of Oahu.

In Hawaiian, kupuna generally means grandparent, elder, or ancestor. It encompasses those who are revered for their wisdom and experience, serving as a source of guidance and knowledge for younger generations.
Our Kūpuna was launched on March 23, 2020 in response to the pandemic and the risks older adults faced. Started as a community initiative project by the team behind Hawaii VA Loans and RiseHI Collective, Our Kūpuna helped kūpuna avoid exposure in public places by giving each kupuna a volunteer shopper.
Today, Our Kūpuna continues to provide desperately needed assistance to the senior community by pairing our Maui fire survivors low-income homebound kūpuna with a local volunteer who shops every other week and offer rides to and from their desired destinations.
They empower the local community to care for their community, engage in service, and embrace learning by providing local volunteer opportunities and by training post-secondary students for client-centered careers.

The Comforter envisions empowered women and adolescent girls through education, healthcare, and skill development. They reach out to the marginalized, socially-excluded women and juvenile girls, touching their lives one woman or girl at a time irrespective of caste, color, creed, geography, and socio-economic standards.
The Comforter endeavours to capacitate these women and adolescent girls into education, livelihood, development of life skills, and empower them to seek healthcare and social security initiatives. Through counselling and sensitization of the “Self”, they enable them to believe in their inherent strengths, and their individual collective self-esteem.

You may know there are about 300,000 children and 2 million people living in the Fukushima prefecture in Japan today. At least 3% of the children have already developed thyroid cancer and 35% of children are reported to have some cysts, which may have been caused by the exposure to radiation.
Iam-ced.org together with Fukujidou also a NPO which foster care for infant, children and adolescents in Fukushima, Japan independently measure the radiation level of the children's homes. Even the low level of radiation could damage young children's health. Preventive measures, early stage detection & treatments are necessary.
